Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations require full per person advanced payment via credit card.

  • Payments are fully refundable if you contact us to cancel at least 5 days prior to your reservation.

​

  • You will receive an email 6 days prior to your reservation reminding you that in 24 hours your payment will be applied to your reservation and is no longer refundable.

​​

  • We reserve the right to cancel due to inclement weather, safety issues or equipment problems. Reservations canceled by Catalina E Bike will be refunded in full.
